According to their website, the name of this institute is not Enstituyê Zazaki but Enstitüyê Zazaki. I believe that Wikipedia doesn't any rights to change proper noun (e.g. names of people and organizations). Takabeg (mesac) 13:15, 2 Adare 2013 (UTC)

You are indeed right, but according to the spelling of Zazaki it is wrong. That will also confirm Asmên. - Milzali (mesac)
