Vaten:Lady and the Tramp
Please use English instead of Turkish when you create article. Good luck! Vuzorg (mesac) 10:12, 30 Temuz 2019 (UTC)
- The English summary was like this:
Lady and the Tramp is a 1955 American animated musical romance film produced by Walt Disney and released to theaters on June 22, 1955 by Buena Vista Distribution. The 15th Disney animated feature film, it was the first animated feature filmed in the CinemaScope widescreen film process. Based on "Happy Dan, The Cynical Dog" by Ward Greene, Lady and the Tramp tells the story of a female American Cocker Spaniel named Lady who lives with a refined, upper-middle-class family and a male stray mutt called the Tramp. When the two dogs meet, they embark on many romantic adventures and fall in love. Directed by Clyde Geronimi, Wilfred Jackson, and Hamilton Luske, the film features the voices of Barbara Luddy, Larry Roberts, Bill Thompson, Bill Baucom, Verna Felton, and Peggy Lee.
A direct-to-video sequel, Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, was released in 2001. An upcoming live-action remake of the film is in active development for Disney's planned streaming service Disney+.
It should be noted that the live-action remake will be released on November 12, 2019, so that will need updating in a few months. Also, I agree that the article is better in English than in Turkish, could the Turkish page be improved? There is also English content on the pages for Liv and Maddie and The Fox and the Hound. I'd appreciate if their Turkish pages could be improved as well, as well as if a Turkish page about The Fox and the Hound 2 could be made. In fact, I could make it, but it'd just be a stub that would need expanding. If I make it, will you help me with it? Thank you. 2602:306:83A9:3D00:B8B6:FD1A:78E1:904E 16:37, 30 Temuz 2019 (UTC)
- What should the title of Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure in Zazaki be? Also, on the titles of pages like Pocahontas (1995 film), is the disambiguation style right? 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:B031:B8E9:3D94:7020 23:06, 9 Adare 2021 (UTC)
- Shouldn't The Little Mermaid be moved? In English it is called "The Little Mermaid (1989 film)" because the topic has other movie adaptions and the original story is the primary topic. And again is the disambiguation style right? Or should Charlotte's Web (1973 film) be renamed? 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:894F:C186:584A:3F31 19:16, 10 Adare 2021 (UTC)
- Could the article about Charlotte's Web (2006 film) be created? 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:894F:C186:584A:3F31 19:20, 10 Adare 2021 (UTC)
- I saw Iggy Azalea was vandalized again today, should it be put on protection to prevent further vandalism? That, and maybe you could add something to it? 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:894F:C186:584A:3F31 00:42, 11 Adare 2021 (UTC)
- I saw Charlotte's Web was deleted. But the reason I wrote that page in English is because I couldn't translate it and wanted it written. Could it be rewritten with translation this time? Also Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is a disambiguation page in English, and its content is a direct copy of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937 film). The Sword in the Stone (film) is also a copy of The Sword in the Stone (1963 film). In English The Sword in the Stone is a disambiguation page, and "The Sword in the Stone (film)" redirects to that disambiguation page. Instead the novel is called "The Sword in the Stone (novel)". But finally, why isn't Vuzorg active lately? I was hoping he/she would help with all of this. Is he/she retired or just inactive? 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:F915:971:2018:7242 18:59, 11 Adare 2021 (UTC)
- The supposed copies were duplicated by a useless hothead. As well as many other articles he wrote in the same way that I still read through and correct them on a daily basis. Why do you care who is retired or inactive here? Nobody watches over another person. Anyone who wants to contribute well, correctly and without ulterior motives is welcome. If you do not speak this language, you should not write in any foreign language. Nobody here does the translation work for the other contribution. Besides, why is it so urgent to translate these films? Am I just a scarecrow here? So please observe the rules of the project and respect the responsible caregivers. And who are you by the way? Why are you not logging in properly? -- Mirzali (mesac) 20:51, 11 Adare 2021 (UTC)
- I care because I am a devoted Disney fan, and Vuzorg seemed to be able to improve the articles well. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs actually is a redirect to Snow White (disambiguation) in English. I forgot what it was called exactly. However, it's called Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for the disambiguation page in another Wikipedia (West Frisian). I added the link to the disambiguation page, but this will need sorting out. I had recently registered to help out with renaming pages with wrong titles, but the reason I wasn't logging in properly is because I was just simply lazy. For pages without Wikidata links, I've added them now. But since Sword in the Stone and Snow White need sorting out, I ask the help of native users as I cannot speak Zazaki, but am devoted to Disney. I don't always have ulterior motives, but I have the completion-ism complex where I wanted these articles in as many languages as possible. I understand that they aren't top priority for you like they are for me, but there are some great Disney films that still don't have articles. The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Jungle Book, Pinocchio, and Aladdin are examples. I don't know if you've ever heard of any of these films, but they are all great. I realize that there should be more vital articles first, but will there ever be a time when these articles can be made longer? Also, I would just do it myself if I could. But I'd have to know the language. So, is there an easy way to learn proper Zazaki so I can write these articles well on my own? I like peace and quiet (mesac) 17:43, 12 Adare 2021 (UTC)
- I saw Vuzorg returned, but @Vuzorg:, there is still so much to do on these articles. I created for example The Haunted Hathaways based on Liv and Maddie, but it's lacking in content since I couldn't manage much. I wonder about the disambig styles because they don't seem to match other articles. And there is Chicken Little (1943 film) but just Chicken Little is about the 2005 film when it should be about the original story. In fact this is true for many movies based on existing stories like The Jungle Book and Robin Hood. But for pages like Snow White where the original article was deleted to make way for move, can the pages be restored now that the pages moves have been completed? Also, on Liv and Maddie, it says "Lua error Xetay pele Modul:Citation/CS1 dı rêza 2300 de ya: attempt to call upvalue 'strip_apostrophe_markup' (a nil value)". So, something's wrong with the references, but what can be done about that? I like peace and quiet (mesac) 21:16, 25 Nisane 2021 (UTC)

- Yeah, unfortunately the references don't work properly, so they all need to be revised. Template:Cite web and all other templates with extension, connected to the cite web should be fixed but I don't have enough time to do it nowadays. So you can use the old referencing style instead of using cite web. You can create these articles in a proper way by getting inspired by smiliar articles. Good luck. - I saw Template:TV.com show was already deleted a few days ago in English (see en:Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2021 April 23), should it be deleted here too? Meanwhile, I saw the cite web template had been edited by User:Xorasan, who was blocked for sockpuppeting. Should the edits to the cite web template be reverted? So far Liv and Maddie is the only page using the TV.com template, and it still needs to translate a few paragraphs. There are still more Disney articles where the original stories don't have articles, and there are several. For example, Pinocchio, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and I already mentioned a few more (The Little Mermaid, The Jungle Book, Robin Hood, and Chicken Little). The Fox and the Hound is another article where it still has a few sentences to translate. I admit I was the same user to create these articles and templates years ago. It's just that, two years ago I didn't know that the TV.com template would be deleted in English. Now I don't know if it should be deleted or not. Should it? - However, upon further looking, the text from the cite web template by Xorasan actually matched the English version, yet it's still creating a problem that I can't figure out how to fix. I tried making more templates, but I don't seem to know what I'm doing. This seems to require an expert with the right amount of time, but who would that be? @Mirzali:, do you know what the problem is and how to fix it? I also created another module doc a few days ago when I was logged out, but I noticed it should be spelled "dok" and not "doc". I forgot what it was called, but I'll look. I like peace and quiet (mesac) 18:48, 10 Gulane 2021 (UTC)
- Found it: Şablon:WikidataCheck/doc. Also @Vuzorg:, I didn't know what to do with the cite web template besides reverting, but now it says that there are deprecated parameters on the page about Liv and Maddie. I still don't know what to do about it. I like peace and quiet (mesac) 18:56, 10 Gulane 2021 (UTC)
- @Martorellpedro:, can you write "Bob Sünger Sortkenmot", what this language calls SpongeBob SquarePants? Also, Liv and Maddie needs more languages, like all these things. I just want as many articles about my favorites as possible. Is that so hard to understand? Also, I admit it, I'm Bambifan101, and so is I like peace and quiet, that's why the account has been disabled. @Vuzorg:, what to do about everything I messed up? Or @Mirzali:? 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:C9ED:DC57:97F5:A5F5 17:44, 26 Şıbat 2022 (UTC)
- Liv and Maddie needs more languages? NO. The articles that need more languages are Minecraft, Madagascar (2005) and Go, Dog. Go!. Why are these articles so special to me? Okay, I'll explain.
- Minecraft - a video game full of memes, songs (example: Rock, Rap, Pop, etc.) and the funniest characters in history, for example: Steve, Creeper, Zombie, Skeleton, Villager, etc.
- Madagascar (2005) - the movie about friendships, beautiful landscapes and characters that are my favorite characters from the franchise like Alex and Marty.
- Go, Dog. Go! - a family-themed cartoon that shows the cutest characters in the world, for example: Tag Barker, Scooch Pooch, Ma Barker, Paw Barker, Cheddar Biscuit, Spike Barker, Gilber Barker, Grandma Marge Barker, Grandpaw Mort Barker, etc. Martorellpedro (mesac) 23:10, 26 Şıbat 2022 (UTC)
- OK, I totally agree, in case you didn't know. I love Madagascar too, and it's one of my favorite non-Disney animated movies besides Charlotte's Web. However, may I explain the significance of Liv and Maddie? It is about family and friendship, about identical twin sisters who opposing personalities who are best friends. It is often very funny, even if not as funny as some other movies and shows. It has my favorite actress, Dove Cameron. She is both lead roles. Liv Rooney is my favorite TV character and fictional character of all time. Other Liv and Maddie character favorites of mine are Maddie Rooney and Karen Rooney (their mother). It has some of the best songs, and my favorite TV theme: Better in Stereo. I have yet to watch Go, Dog. Go!, but I will because I have Netflix and I really want to watch it. I just haven't had the time yet. I haven't played Minecraft in a while, but I know I liked it. But I just want to explain Liv and Maddie because I know that it may just sound like another live-action Disney Channel sitcom. Well, it is that, but that's not all. As for SpongeBob SquarePants, it is my favorite cartoon and I watch it every day. I found the title from The Dubbing Database. Now I know Liv and Maddie is not the most popular show, and it DOES have its flaws. But it's my personal favorite show. That's also the reason I love Descendants, it too stars Dove Cameron and is about friendship. I know I sound greedy, but I have a lot of favorites. Some of them we could possibly share. One of my ideas was if you could write more Disney articles in sw (Swahili) wiki, as well as other wikis where the Disney theatrical animated features template exists. Finally, I saw that maybe you could write a better Urdu article about The Lion King 1994, because the one there is small and doesn't mention the movie year even though the other version exists. Meanwhile, maybe if possible you could rewrite The Fox and the Hound as The Fox and the Hound (film), with a disambiguation page which mentions the novel. Also The Rescuers Down Under has been deleted from Urdu, can you start a new one? Or a Burmese one? 2600:1700:53F0:AD70:C9ED:DC57:97F5:A5F5 04:30, 27 Şıbat 2022 (UTC)
- @2600:1700:53F0:AD70:C9ED:DC57:97F5:A5F5:, don't you have other worries in life? This isn't an individual's request, it should seriously be an encyclopedia. If someone can't make doctrinal contributions, don't mess up what's available either. And thereby rob us of the time just to correct the mistakes. It's happened so many times. For this reason, the accounts will be blocked immediately. Because we have no choice but to lag behind most of the time. -- Mirzali (mesac) 19:42, 27 Şıbat 2022 (UTC)
- @104.58.147.208: Have you seen the articles about Disney movies on Wikipedia in Mongolian? I know it's hard to find the known cartoons here in mnwiki, There is no article about SpongeBob SquarePants, The Simpsons, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Lion King, Shrek, Liv and Maddie, The Fox and the Hound, Teletubbies, etc... Only have article about Robots (2005), Family Guy, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Sleeping Beauty (1959) and South Park. Really, mnwiki is one of the most overlooked wikis.
- In June 2021, I created the article about Сүнс: Цимарроны азарга (Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron), The stub I wrote were based on Robots (2005), Because the Mongolian wikipedia, does not allow to use the machine translations. In July 2021, I created the article about Рок Дог (Rock Dog), Also is stub I wrote were based on Robots (2005). In August 2021, I created the article about Бяцхан оцон шувуу Пороро (Pororo the Little Penguin), Because I saw on google that I wrote the word "хүүхэлдэйн кино", The stub I wrote were based on Family Guy. In September 2021, I created the article about the best known movie! Yes! I'm talking about Madagascar! Also the article Яв, Нохой. Яв! (Go, Dog. Go!). In October 2021, I created more articles about Netflix series as Яв! Яв! Кори Карсон (Go! Go! Cory Carson), Марко Поло (Marco Polo), Сайн уу Нинжа (Hello Ninja), Вафли + Мочи (Waffles + Mochi), Хогийн Машин (Trash Truck), Чип ба Потато (Chip and Potato) and Динотракс (Dinotrux). A few months I created articles better known as Тоглоомын түүх (Toy Story), Цасны хүн (Abominable), Зүсээ хувилгасан тагнуулчид (Spies in Disguise), Кунг-фу панда (Kung Fu Panda), Автомашинууд (Cars), Амьтдын хот (Zootopia), Том баатар 6 (Big Hero 6), ВАЛЛ-И (WALL-E), etc... Sorry, I don't create more articles about classic movies on the Mongolian Wikipedia, because, classic disney movies are considered vandalism for example "Bambifan".
